Royal Mail 1st Class : EEC and Rest of the World orders value £80-400 – £40

* Product delivery times are approximately 7-14 working days for all in-stock items. However in the unlikely event that lead times are longer on out of stock items you will be notified within 48 hours with an approximate delivery schedule.




Returns and Exchanges

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all goods are in good condition when they leave our premises and are packed in a manner suitable for their transportation to you, there unfortunately may be circumstances when they do not meet the expected standard.

When trying on items please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with them. Please also make sure that bottoms are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious this hasn’t been done.

If you receive your bikini and are not completely happy with it you can return it within 7 days, however we will try our very best to try and offer you an alternative exchange as we want you to be satisified with your Sparkling Sapphire purhcase.

Returns after delivery

If for any other reason you are unhappy with any item, please return the item(s) along with a completed returns form within 7 days of receiving the goods. Providing the item(s) are still in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging, we will issue a full refund.

Unless the goods are faulty.

Refunds will be issued to the card which was used to place the order once we have received the item(s) back in our warehouse.

The cost of returning goods is your responsibility and the item(s) are your responsibility until they arrive at the warehouse.

If you are unable to return the goods to us we can arrange a collection which typically starts at £50.

Items which are returned which were purchased with a promotional offer or discount will be refunded less the value of the discount.
